Policies

  • We love children & Pets, however due to the nature of a salon we cannot allow any children under the age of 14 or pets of any kind to enter. This is not only for the relaxation of other clients but the safety of the child and animal.
  • If you make an appointment for a tanning bed, we will give you a five minute grace period before forfeiting your appointment to someone else.
  • If you make an appointment for any service (waxing, facials, airbrushing), please give us a call if you are running late or are not able to come in.  If you do not show up or call 12 hours before to an appointment you may be charged 50% of the missed service.
  • ALL packages and memberships are NONTRANSFERABLE and NONREFUNDABLE
  • This is a small business. Please treat it with respect.
  • Be mindful that the front desk is not authorized to provide any discounts besides the ones listed for specials.
  • Do not talk on your phone while enjoying ANY service, and please remember to be mindful of the volume on the stereo while using a tanning bed.
  • You must be 18 or older to use a UV tanning bed. If under 18  you must have a parent’s signature to receive any other service at Radiant Salon.
  • If you are pregnant or nursing please let us know. You may not be able to enjoy all the services offered here while the little guy/girl is growing with you.
  • You must wear the provided eye-wear while using a UV bed. Your eyelids are the thinnest skin on your body.
  • We ask that you only use indoor rated lotions here at Radiant. This protects your skin and the acrylic on our beds.
  • Please let us know if you are on any medications, and/or any high level exfoliant. They may make your skin sensitive to sun, wax, facials, and/or other services. Please also let us know if you have any medal implants, pacemakers, or epilepsy.
  • PAYMENT ACCEPTED: Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover,  & American Express. We also sell and accept Gift Certificates.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 12-hour cancellation notice or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
